If you don't know Hannah Williams, also known as "Helpful Hannah," let me introduce you to her now. She has been a Member of ActiveRain for a number of years and has been a major supporter to this Platform. To honor her and show appreciation, I selected a quote and put it into a  picture frame because it exemplifies how ActiveRain can change the way you are perceived. Whether it is positive or negative, all depends on you.

Hannah was gracious enough to provide an older video that she created back in the day of RainCamp years ago. Many individuals who were not at this particular RainCamp but who have been blogging on ActiveRain for a number of years will recognize the members of the Panel. Their advice is just as pertinent today as it was then.

If you are a Newbie and never had an opportunity to attend RainCamp, I think you will enjoy this sneak peek of what this Social Media Platform was designed to be and the leaders from this Panel provide excellent advice.

I also highly recommend becoming a regular follower of Hannah Williams. She sets high standards and always has something positive to blog about. In business, as in life, you don't get followers and people to really, really like you, unless you have something good to give and others are willing to listen to you with respect. My comments have been disabled for the benefit of you to go directly to Hannah's blog and leave comments there.

Thank you for watching Hannah's video and going to her blog. I am in hopes her post with video gets featured and I hope you do too!

Video an Oldie but Goodie from NYC

I was looking for a video for a friend and came across this old video I made. Not great quality but fantastic advice on how to blog. It was at RainCamp in NYC the best advice was to comment on other members posts,  This is how you create relationships.

The other important advice was to be yourself. Write the way you think. Don't try to be someone you are not. Your clients chose you for who you are not your punctuation

Also, try to stay away from politics and religion as you may offend or make someone uncomfortable
