Delaware Valley University to Host Horse Owner's Educational Seminar

 

 

Horse Owners Educational Seminar Hosted by Delaware Valley UniversityDelaware Valley University will be hosting an educational seminar for horse owners.  It will be held on Monday, April 1st, 2019, at 7:00 PM at the University, located at 700 E. Butler Ave. in Doylestown, PA in room 109 in the Life Sciences Building.

 

The speakers will be:

Laura Kenny, from Penn State Extension Equine Educator, who will lecture on "Pasture Management Basics for Horse Owners"

 

and

Rachel Onuska, from Bucks County Conservation District, who will speak on "Manure Regulations and Best Management Practices".

 

Door prizes and refreshments will be available.

 

The Horse Owners Educational Seminar is a partnership between Delaware Valley University and USDA-Natural Resources Conservation Service.  This is a free program which is open to all horse farm owners, managers, and anyone that may have an interest in these topics.
