Architectural Review Committee Meeting, Eastridge

Important Architectural Review Committee meeting schedule for next Wednesday April 3rd at 5:30pm at the Eastridge rec center.  Be sure to go to the west wing in order to find the meeting room and agenda days.  The Architectural Committee is responsible for reviewing plans for exterior improvements being made to residential properties by homeowners. The Committee is also responsible for enforcing covenants outlined within the Community Declaration, by-laws, and supplemental declarations.  Most recently the decision to enhance the Civic Green Park was on the ballot, one that passed with lots of enthusiasm from residents and other members of the community.  These usually last about an hour.  For any Littleton property management, please call today.
