It is a good way to see within less than 2 hours homes in different subdivision, connect with other realtors, mortgage lenders, home inspectors, title and escrow companies and hear some of the latest updates for the industry.
The group of realtors provides feedback to the listing agents of the homes we visit with regards to marketing of the home and increasing the visibility of it.
