2) 1 yr FIX and Flip 75% after repair value with over 650 FICO

or 75% LTV with any FICO. 

Fix and Flip: NO minimum FICO 1-4 units Investor financing.

 

No Income verification needed. 

3 months PITI reserves needed post closing.

600 minimum FICO score required. 

21 day close of escrow.
