Real Estate Market Report for Addison, Texas: March 2019

Residential Real Estate For Sale in Addison Texas

The total number of currently available residential properties for sale in Addison, Texas is 23, down from 24 last month. Inventory is still low! Currently for sale, there are:

  • 9 single family homes (ranging in price from $268,900 - $1,495,000)Addison Grove rendering
  • No half-duplexes
  • 9 condos ($155,000 – $469,900)
  • 5 townhomes ($342,500 - $504,900)

Sixteen of the 23 available homes have been on the market for longer than 30 days. Homes are taking a little longer to sell as the market corrects.

The average number of days on the market for the “active” status, pre-owned homes is 57 days as compared to 57 last month). The median number of days on the market is 38 days, compared to last month’s 36 days.

The average price per square foot of all previously owned homes that sold is $168.10, down from the $163.96 average the prior month. The average list price to sold price ratio is 96.58%, a decrease from last month’s 97.57%. This means there are price reductions and accepted offers below full price.
