You can reach this community by The Long Island Expressway Exit 50 or The Northern State Parkway Exit 40S, near Route 110. You enter The Greens by the 2 security gates that monitor those who enter and exit the community, providing a secure environment for the residents. The main gatehouse is on Old South Path Road.
Opened in 2003, The Greens has a variety of Floor Plans combining Condos, Townhouses and Villas within the setting of a private Country Club, when available. Positioned on approximately 400 rolling acres, The Greens At Half Hollow offers security, amenities and privacy within a carefree lifestyle community.
The Villas at The Greens in Melville are at the higher price structures for the community and are the largest. They consist of semi-attached homes, both 2 story designs and ranch floor plans, with 2 or 3 bedrooms. All the Villas have 2 car garages, some have basements, and some have golf course views.
The Townhouses are 4-attached homes grouped together in a quad. The interior units have a 1 car garage, and the exterior Townhouses have a 2 car garage. Some of the Townhouses may have basements and elevators too. The master bedrooms in the Townhouses are on the main level and there is an additional 1 or 2 bedroom, full bath and loft on the upper level.
The Condos are the most affordable units at The Greens at Half Hollow. They are upper or ground level units. These are 2 bedrooms with 1.5 baths or 2 full baths, and some upper units have a floor plan with a cozy additional space that is usually used as a small den or office. No garages for these Condo units, but there is ample parking for you and your guests.
