Opening for Kirkland Art Museum in Denver

The Kirkland Museum of Fine and Decorative Art at 1201 Bannock St in Denver is open now and will be extending through June, 2019. The exhibit is called Near and Far: Contrasting Regional and National Prints from the Kirkland and Mayer Collections. The inaugural exhibition in Kirkland Museum of Fine & Decorative Art’s new Temporary Exhibition Gallery features prints from the 19th and 20th centuries by Colorado and regional printmakers in Kirkland Museum’s collection displayed in context with national prints from the Frederick and Jan Mayer Collection. The exhibit can be seen Tuesday–Saturday: 11am to 5pm and Sunday: 12pm to 5pm. It is Closed Mondays and the Kirkland Museum is not open on Friday evenings.
