Spring is on the calendar for Door County, but it's been slow in coming. Here is a real-time picture of the Sister Bay Marina taken (of course) from Marina View Condominiums (we still have 2 for sale--and just look at that gorgeous view!!).

With new listings coming on the market daily, it's one of my favorite times of the year to discuss Door County real estate. This is also known as the "re-list" season--homes that were on the market last autumn that didn't sell will make another appearance, some with new prices (like our new price on our unit for sale at the Yacht Club in Sister Bay), some sticking to their guns at the same price that they didn't sell at last year.
