Twin Towers Condo in Cocoa Beach, Florida is an oceanfront complex
Twin Towers is a well-established condominium complex in Cocoa Beach, Florida. The complex is located on eight acres of beachfront property.
Twin Towers was one of the first complexes on the beach and was built in the 1960's for workers in the space program. It is located south of Fischer Park on North Atlantic Avenue or A1A, as locals refer to it.
There are two “towers” separated by a courtyard in the complex. Each “tower” is six stories and has 16 units on each floor. There are two oceanfront units, six two-bedroom units and eight one bedroom units on each floor.
Twin Towers is a secure building with access to the units from the interior hallways. There is a lobby on each floor near the elevators and each floor except the first floor has a laundry room across the hall from the lobby.
For your relaxation and enjoyment, there is a swimming pool at the east end of the complex between the courtyard and the beach. There are men's and women's shower rooms next to the pool along with the commuity room.
There is a walkway which provides access to the beach conveniently located at the east end of the complex. From the beach you will have a great viewing place to watch the rocket launches which are always a special treat. Shuffleboard courts and a picnic area are located next to the courtyard. Or you can relax on your balcony and enjoy the sunshine and ocean breezes.
There is covered parking and each unit has an assigned parking space. Visitor parking, a dog walk area, car wash, bike room and hobby workshop are also available.
Many activities are offered for residents of Twin Towers from bingo to card night to holiday events and Women’s Club Event, to name a few. Events change with the seasons and a monthly calendar is posted to keep residents of the community up to date on the schedule.
The Cocoa Beach Public Library is about a mile down the road and offers programs and activities for those of all ages from children to senior citizens.
The Cocoa Beach Country Club offers a 27 hole golf course and is home to the Freedom 7 Senior Community Center for our senior citizens.

Twin Towers is well located. Banana River Square is just across the street to the north and offers a Publix supermarket for grocery shopping with an in-store pharmacy, restaurants, a dry cleaner and most daily essentials. There are two banks, a walkin clinic and professional offices across the street south of Banana River Square. Just about everything you could need on a daily basis is within easy walking distance from Twin Towers.
Currently there are only three units listed for sale in the complex with prices ranging from $161,900 to $225,000. Recent sales were from a low of $162,000 to a high of $240,00.
