There is a one time update that is required for your RealBird SMS text code marketing app to enable full caller ID capturing feature. We'll describe the simple steps below should you want to add this powerful and super affordable add-on to your RealBird marketing services.
For those of you who are new to RealBird and our SMS marketing services, here is a quick overview of the many different ways you can use it:
With RealBird, you can set up a dedicated phone number that consumers, such as prospective sellers and buyers can text specific codes to and receive instant reply, automatically with the requested information. In the meantime, RealBird captures their contact information for you. You can use SMS text code marketing for your current and past listings or any type of real estate information (open house list, market analytics, your company's Youtube video, you name it). Once set up, RealBird automatically creates you marketing tools with the SMS text code and includes it on your RealBird listings sites, open house sign in pages, Craigslist ad code and many other places. You can also create SMS sign riders to capture leads stopping y at your listing. The possibilities are endless and the tool is super affordable.
By default, the RealBird SMS text code marketing tool captures the consumer's phone number only, for your follow up. You can however enable an add-on - as described below - that for a few cents more, also captures the consumer's name, email and other publicly available information, providing you with more details for your follow ups.
The RealBird's SMS marketing app integrates with Twilio and there is an add-on called Whitepages Pro Caller Identification which costs an additional 7 cents per lead. The base rate per lead (payable to Twilio) is 2.25 cents only so with the add-on it will be only 9.25 cents, which is amazingly low cost for a home buyer lead.

Once set up, you can enable the Caller ID add-on, by visiting the Twilio add-on page in your dashboard, then click on the "Whitepages Pro Caller Identification" one, click Install, read and confirm the terms, and as an important last step, make sure you enable the feature for incoming SMS messages and Save as shown here:
