I am suprised your area home prices lowered that much. We had a -12% glitch after last summer. Dec 2018 was the lowest. But it is more active now with pending occuring within 10 days or so. It is back a few % since Feb.

~$1000-1200/sf is fairly common on homes. No layoffs in social media or high tech companies.

I think when the numbers come out next week for March, there should be a noticeable increase. We're just a little slower this year.
