This weeks report on home values for Corona del Mar and surrounding areas homes is prepared by a Corona del Mar Realtor Tim Lorenz. The report shows the Orange County Median Prices for resale homes were down 0.9 percent, new homes are up 25.1 percent and resale condos are up 1.4 percent. The sales volume is down for resale homes 20.1 percent, down 13.9 percent on condos and down 37.0 percent for new homes.
Corona del Mar Zip Code 92625 sales prices are up 28.9 percent and the sales volume is down 25.0 percent.
Mission Viejo Zip Code 92691 sales prices are down 2.2 percent and the sales volume is down 38.2 percent.
Mission Viejo Zip Code 92692 sales prices are down 9.5 percent and the sales volume is down 13.0 percent.
Aliso Viejo Zip Code 92656 sales prices are down 3.1 and the sales volume is down 1.7 percent
Laguna Niguel Zip Code 92677 sales prices down 4.5 percent and the sales volume is down 37.0 percent.
Rancho Santa Margarita Zip Code 92688 sales prices are up 4.7 percent and the sales volume down 10.0 percent.
San Clemente Zip Code 92672 sales prices are up 1.2 percent and the sales volume is down 8.9 percent.
San Clemente Zip Code 92673 sales prices are down 15.9 percent and the sales volume is up 11.8 percent.
Huge drops in prices across the board. We are now seeing the change in all areas as we have heard of in the rest of the US.
