Craving Something......

By
Services for Real Estate Pros with Referral Group Incorporated

It has been a good and productive day for me. I accomplished most of the things I wanted to get done and am satisfied. I have a craving for Mexican food but I am at a loss because there is not a good place here, at least none I know of. Perhaps one day but until then I have to go in another direction.

This happens in life a lot. There is something I crave and can not get, so I make up my mind to satisfy the itch in a different way. I learned early on that few of us get everything we want. Those who make happiness a reality learn how to go in many directions and embrace what we have and stretch wherever and whenever we can.

I still want Mexican but I will be cooking fish tonight.

I have the opposite problem here in my community.  We have too many really great Mexican restaurants.  It's always a chore figuring out which one to go to.

Perhaps some good friend will give you a Mexican cookbook for your birthday? Tacos are relatively easy to make, and you could even make FISH tacos!!

I do enjoy good Mexican food and of course, fish as well when it is smoked, it's a texture thing. Hope you enjoy your 'home cooked' meal Sheila!

Hi Sheila- when we moved back to Houston, the first food we ate was Mexican!  But now that I've had that, I have been craving a good bagel (as I mentioned this morning) and some good Cuban food.

Morning again Sheila.

I had a beef burrito yesterday with cheese sauce.  Today chicken, maybe Saturday some fried oysters.  Not that I like to plan ahead, but I do

Yes, to be happy  it is important to embrace what we DO have. Fish can be prepared in a mexican way as well - I hope you enjoyed it!
