Catching a big fish on little bait, it just doesn't happen.

Catching a big fish on little bait, it just doesn't happen.

My clients asked..."Why did they lowball our home?"

I answered..."Submitting an offer is akin to fishing in some respects. Those who expect to gain excellent results by using little bait may forgo the goal. Those who are serious and know exactly how much to use will net the best results.

Tried and true and tried and true. Happy Sunday all!

Real Service. Real Results. Real Estate

But little bait gets your attention and is better than no offer. It's a starting point and your sellers can always counter.

Wanda Kubat-Nerdin - Wanda Can! I feel your pain on this subject. We deal alot with investors and they just throw around low-balls to see what sticks. Unfortunately, rarely in this strong Sellers' Market

Love it Wanda,  It is the investors that put in low offers and that is caughts some problems and get sellers so mad.

Though agents must submit every offer received to sellers, it doesn't mean wasting valuable time with those meant to go nowhere Will Hamm.
