I had to Google Blakeney because I didn't know what it was. Now I know it is a shopping center, LOL. So many Easter activities in Charlotte. I always say, Easter is the best day to buy a home because not very many buyers are out, and you have little competition for a brand new listing!

Elizabeth Weintraub Sacramento Realtor Top 1% hi Elizabeth... Blakeney is a "subset" of the Ballantyne area. Easter is very big here in Charlotte and it's a very hard day (ifn ot impossible) to get to see a home. Maybe a vacant one... but then you have track down an agent who will work that day.
