Three weeks ago, the calendar said "First Day of Spring" and since then, small changes have been happening in Monroe, NY.
Robins have appeared, and while the "arrival" of robins in the Spring might not be a real phenomena, I always think of Spring when I see them.
Some trees have started to get that fuzzy look that means leaves are beginning to bud.
There are more homes for sale in Monroe NY. In fact, 22 homes have been added to inventory in the last three weeks.
We've had some beautiful 65 degree days, interspersed with 30-35 degree days, which is typical of the bi-polar nature of Spring in the northeast.
The grass is slowly getting greener, but isn't ready yet for cutting (thank goodness).
And the most obvious sign that Spring has finally arrived... the first flowers of the year have bloomed. For that, and all the other signs of Spring, I am grateful.
