In the last year, our family put our home on the market, made the gamble to go ahead and buy/ move, and then finally SOLD.
Meanwhile, this house is too small, so while we are living in it (with 3 kids and a golden retriever), we've knocked out walls, changed up a few key items, and on top of it, we are now adding an additional 750 sq ft. master suite to the side of the home.
I'm tired just typing that out! :) But you know what? It's so worth it. The house we are now in, we LOVE and we are making it our own. It was really hard to live IN the home while the workers were singing to the jackhammer, but they are gone now.
Currently, the addition is about a month from being complete. So the only thing I don't like is the distraction of wanting to watch them work all day. (Did I mention I'm trying to homeschool my youngest? It's my first year). But talk about educational! He (and I) are learning at lot.
