Spaghetti Pie

Pre heat oven to 325

Ingredients

2 pounds ground beef

1 onion diced

6 cloves garlic minced

1 teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon black pepper

16 oz thin pasta

1 small can tomato paste

1 32 oz jar marinara sauce

3 large eggs beaten

1 cup grated parmesan cheese

1 cup ricotta cheese

¼ cup grated parmesan cheese

Directions

Cook pasta according to directions.

Brown ground beef with onion, garlic, salt and pepper

Drain well and return to pan

Add tomato paste and cook about 1 minute

Add marinara sauce and cook until about 3 minutes

When pasta is cooked drain well

Add eggs to the ricotta cheese and mix well

Add all ingredients to the pasta and mix well

Spray a 9 – 10 inch springform pan with cooking spray

Scope mixture into the pan and bake at 325 for about 20 minutes

Remove from oven and sprinkle ¼ cup parmesan cheese

Let stand for about 5 minutes and cut into wedges.
