Currently priced well under $200,000 (as of 4/17/2019), these row homes are situated just south of Jupiter High School, which just happens to be one of the best high schools in Palm Beach County. Georgian Park was constructed by students at Jupiter High under supervision of a licensed general contractor. This project commenced during the era of polybutylene pipes and there have been issues. So if you're considering a purchase in Georgian Park, please hire a licensed home inspector to ensure the plumbing is updated!
The architecture has some cheesy Victorian touches which are overshadowed by cheap vinyl siding. But overall if you're looking for a solid community with low HOA fees in a great location, the pitfalls are easy overlooked. Georgian Park has ample parking, mature oak trees, wide sidewalks and ponds throughout the community. Neighbors are friendly and rumor has it, there are block parties at least once, if not twice a year. Live music, BBQ and a bounce house for the kids have happened in the past. If things haven't changed, I'd bet this place is still one of the liveliest neighborhoods in Jupiter.
Chasewood condos are 1, 2 and a few rare 3 bedroom floor plans. Most condos however are the 2 bedroom, 2 bath stacked bedroom model. This great floor plan includes a very generous covered and often screened front porch running the length of the unit. Buildings are set on large treed lots, quiet streets and off street parking for you and your guests. There are 2 communities within Chasewood. Chasewood North and Chasewood South. Each has a community clubhouse and pool. Tennis courts are located towards the front of the community abutting Indian Creek Parkway. Located just east of I-95, it's less than 20 minutes to Palm Beach International Airport, 10 minutes to the beach and zoned for some of the best schools in Palm Beach County.
This cool location is a block from the Chasewood Publix Plaza on Indiantown Road which includes Chipotle, First Watch, Carvel Ice Cream, Dunkin Donuts, Rancho Chico Authentic Mexican and Hurricane Wings.
Just south of Chasewood lies Jupiter Village, a combination of single family homes, villas and condos. The villas and condos are priced in the upper $100's to the mid $250's and offer 1, 2 and 3 bedroom floor plans. Single family homes can occasionally be had for under $300,000. If you find one in this price range, and you want a single family home I would recommend making a quick solid offer to purchase!
Sherwood Circle condos (which resemble townhomes) are wood frame, tucked in an alcove of slash pines and zeriscape. The main street completes a circle with individual cul-de-sacs providing minimal traffic and private off street parking.
Harvest Moon villas are 4-plex style, 1 story units with large private courtyards, split bedroom floor plan and a generous sized living area, kitchen and dining room.
1 & 2 bedroom CBS attached villas feature private driveways and small private yards, inviting layouts with open kitchens and large living rooms.
Jupiter Village includes a community pool, play area for the kids and in close proximity to Jupiter public baseball fields, basketball and racquetball courts. Just down the street you'll find Walgreens, Bolero - Jupiter's bowling ally on Maplewood Lane, Walmart and Home Depot.
Keystone and Pinecrest condos Indian Creek offer 2 bedroom, 2 bath models overlooking scenic lakes and open fairways at The Golf Club of Jupiter. A fantastic opportunity for golfers looking for a affordable lifestyle. Condo fees include building maintenance, amenities - the clubhouse and community pool, landscaping and building insurance.
Second floor units feature volume / vaulted ceilings and both 1st and 2nd floors have large covered screened porches in the rear overlooking the golf course and cart paths.
Indian Creek is a short drive to the beach, Juno Beach Pier and I-95. Out of town guests flying into Palm Beach International Airport can be picked up curbside, less than a 20 minute drive from Jupiter.
The Gardens Mall, Downtown at the Gardens (great restaurants such as The Cheesecake Factory and The Yardhouse are located here), Trader Joe's and The Palm Beach Outlet Mall are 10 to 20 minutes from Indian Creek as well.
