Continuing Education Classes at Village Settlements in Kentlands

 

I have attended five recent continuing education classes at the Village Settlements offices in Kentlands, our home neighborhood within the City of Gaithersburg, Maryland. They provide classes through the sponsorship of Professional Development Institute (PDI) and they are open to all real estate professionals. 

My most recent two classes were All About the MAR Contract and Maryland Fair Housing. The outstanding instructor for both classes was Mark Simon, an attorney with Parker, Simon, Hahn & DeLisi, LLC and Village Settlements. It is easy to recommend their classes because of the high quality of the instruction. The classes are always conducted by real estate attorneys who are handling settlements every day.
