On April 16, 2019, California Association of Realtors (C.A.R) reported that homes values increased 2.4% at an average price of $517,000 in March of 2019 from an average price of $505,000 in February of 2019, and higher 0.4% from $515,080 in March of 2018. While, homes sales jumped 37.0% in March of 2019 from February of 2019, but dropped 12.0% from March of 2018, in Los Angeles Metro Area, California.
There were 4.1 months supplies of available inventory of homes in March of 2019 down from 5.5 months in February of 2019, but up from 3.4 months in March of 2018. An average it took 33.0 days to sell a home in March 2019, lower from 42.0 days in February of 2019, but rose from 22.0 days in March of 2018, in Los Angeles Metro Area, California.
