Inland Empire, California Homes Sales & Values Report March 2019

On April 16, 2019, California Association of Realtors (C.A.R) reported that homes values increased 1.4% at an average price of $374,900 in March of 2019 from an average price of $369,900 in February of 2019, and higher 6.7% from $351,450 in March of 2018. While, homes sales jumped 33.5% in March of 2019 from February of 2019, but dropped 10.4% from March of 2018, in Inland Empire, California.

There were 4.2 months supplies of available inventory of homes in March of 2019 down from 5.5 months in February of 2019, but up from 3.7 months in March of 2018. An average it took 42.0 days to sell a home in March 2019, lower from 48.0 days in February of 2019, but rose from 29.0 days in March of 2018, in Inland Empire, California.
