Debb Janes EcoBroker and Bernie Stea JD hi Debb... I don't think in the 25 years I've been in this business that I've ever shown a home on Easter, Christmas or Thanksgiving Day. And here in the south homes that are occupied are not typically happy to receive a request for showings on Easter Sunday.

Nina Hollander Believe it or not, the agent was hosting an Open House, he let us sneak in right before it started - amazingly enough, there were two couples on their way in as we were leaving. I kept thinking, "It's Easter..." The agent tells me he has very successful Opens on Superbowl Sunday ( no surprise) Easter, and Christmas Eve.
