Orange County, California Homes Sales & Values Report March 2019

On April 16, 2019, California Association of Realtors (C.A.R) reported that homes values up 2.1% to the price of $809,500 in March of 2019 from price of $792,500 in February of 2019, but declined 1.8% from price of $824,450 in March of 2018, While, homes sales jumped 52.0% in March of 2019 from in February of 2019, but decreased 12.5% from March of 2018 in Orange County, California.

There were 4.3 months supplies of available inventory of homes in March of 2019 down from 5.9 months February of 2019, but rose from 3.2 months in March of 2018. On average it took 25.0 days to sell a home in March 2019, fell from 42.0 days in February of 2019, but rose from 14.0 days in March of 2018 in Orange County, California.
