Let's Talk about the Bakers Bay Waterfront Gated Condo Community. I went to dinner last week before the Passover and Easter holiday with my cousin and his girl's friend that live in Bakers Bay. They always ask me about the Real Estate market as they know I sell condos in their development. We laugh as I am told the joke that in the Mid-Rise the units sell in the elevator. It gets me going as I start with my theory on why do agents grossly overprice some units by tens of thousands of dollars. I go off for several minutes and they listen to my educated speech on pricing and selling condos. Sometimes I think they do this just to hear me get excited which I always do as I explain the Bakers Bay Real Estate Market to them. Something I am very passionate about.

It is my professional opinion we will continue to see this area as a hot seller's market. Seller's must be reasonable in their pricing, however. When you list your property way over market value your property will sit on the market. List it at market value and there is a good chance you will get well over your asking price.
Bakers Bay has a Beautiful Club House with an indoor pool that closes after Memorial Day reopens after Labor Day. There is a beautiful Gym a sauna, jacuzzi, and many activities. Trips and events are posted inside the clubhouse.
For those who play tennis, there are beautiful courts and usually games being played.
Memorial Day weekend will be here before we know it and the outdoor pool will open and fun in the sun will begin for the Summer Season at Bakers Bay
