As an avid consumer of YouTube videos, I can attest to the value it brings to my life - ESPECIALLY when it comes to binge-watching videos. YouTube binge-watching can inherently provide more value to your life than binge-watching Netflix, Amazon, or HBO. With YouTube, you can learn something new, improve your business, or get ideas on how to pursue video marketing.
Here are 5 Real Estate YouTubers You Should Binge-watch:
1. Kevin Ward
Kevin Ward's channel is a good reminder of the "why" behind your pursuit into real estate. Instead of focusing on specific "how to"s, he asks you to change your perspective. How are you changing the world through your real estate career? This mindset can help drive you to see the bigger picture, instead of getting the next listing.
2. Chastin J. Miles
Chastin is based out of Dallas, TX. His videos are relatable, especially since he is not a real estate coach. You can follow his journey as he covers topics such as getting phone numbers, motivation, and product reviews.
3. Tom Ferry
A little known real estate coach (sarcasm), Tom Ferry is very timely with his posts and will address questions and concerns that pop up in the real estate industry. iBuyers, the new NAR logo, etc. You can trust his advice, since he has been coaching since 2005 and is still going strong.
4. Michelle Babbino
We chose to include Michelle because she runs a smaller channel, which is not a bad thing. Her content is hyper-localized and will have a mixture of local adventures and real estate advice for her local market. She knows who her audience is, which are people in her immediate area, and that is who is watching her videos. She doesn't try to reach bigger national audiences, just the ones that matter to her business. Michelle's channel is a great model to take cues from if you decide to start your own.
5. Borino B
We enjoy Borino's personal feel to his video. His approach is more lighthearted compared to other YouTubers. He gets down to business, but at the same time reminds you that real estate can still be fun. The postive energy he brings into the videos makes it really easy to follow along.
