I am excited to offer this new program for purchases. Rural Development Guarenteed Rural Housing Program (GRH) is a true 100% purchase program with no mortgage insurance.
It is address and income restricted, loan amounts up to $417K. Almost all of Loudoun County is included with the exception of Leesburg.
The program allows 6% seller concessions, and there is 2% funding fee which can be paid from the seller or financed.
