#1. Great schools! Jupiter has some of the highest rated public schools in Palm Beach County. It's hard to ignore the benefits of free education when you're contemplating the out of pocket expense of private schools. Compared to the higher than average price of a home in Jupiter, offsetting the cost of education often justifies purchasing a great home in a great town. According to recent surveys and census studies, school rankings (far above average) can be researched on the links below:
City Rankings on State Standardized Tests
Elementary: Jupiter Ranked 34th out of 391 Cities
Middle: Jupiter Ranked 30th out of 292 Cities

#2. Affordable pricing. Sherwood village condos are priced under $200,000, as are Palmetto Court and Lakewood. Single family homes are priced from the mid $200's and rarely exceed mid $300's. (as of 5/1/2019) Sherwood and Lakewood are larger wood frame construction, both 1 and 2 story townhomes / villas on the eastern side of the community. Palmetto are concrete block construction villas in the western portion of the neighborhood. Single family homes are a mix of CBS and wood frame and offer some of the best values in Jupiter. Spacious and well thought out floor plans include spacious back patios and yards, many of which are lakeside of heavily wooded lots.
#3 Great location. Jupiter has become one of the most sought after tourist destinations and the hot spot for real estate in recent years. Jupiter Village is one of the few communities which is still considered affordable. With its' close proximity to beaches and historic sites. The pristine Atlantic shimmering waters and immaculate beaches of Jupiter, combined with the Jupiter Lighthouse and museum and Jonathan Dickinson State Park are hard to ignore highlights of Jupiter and surrounding areas.
#4 Ease of access. Get on your bike and ride.... Walmart, Bolero (Jupiter's amazing bowling alley), restaurants, shopping, Publix, First Watch, Rancho Chico Mexican, Home Depot. There are parks, tennis, raquetball, baseball, golf courses and country clubs, all within a short pedal from your front door. Heck, most of these places are within walking distance if you're in the mood to get some mileage in on your fitbit or apple watch.
