32nd Annual Sikh Day Parade New York City 2019 was held on April, 27 to celebrate Vaisakhi and the founding of the religion.
NYPD, NYCD marching bands leaded the Parade followed by Sikh women and men barefoot, holding long brooms and cleaning the street for the float carrying the revered Guru Granth Sahib, the holy book of the Sikhs.
Sikh Cultural Society was the organizer.
