With 1600+ single residences and 400+ attached residences, Cadence at Gateway caters to a variety of individuals and families by offering different neighborhoods built by best-in-class national and regional home builders with high-quality floor plans backed by a rich number of amenities.
A trail system seamlessly connects the walkable community and its amenities which include a community center, resort-style pools w/ 2 waterslides, resident-only parks as well as tennis, basketball, volleyball, bocce and sports fields. Lennar, Pulte Homes, Gehan, David Weekly and Newport Homes comprised the builders for Phase One of Cadence with a combined total of 52 different floor plans. Phase Two will commence once Harvard Investments has finished working on the infrastructure for the last neighborhood in Phase One. Future plans look to include retail shopping, office space, a school, and other commercial areas.
