Buying your first home is exciting.  Getting everything lined up and planned out may not be so much fun.  One of the first questions you probably have is how much money do I need to save up.

Talking to your Realtor and lender is a good first step in discovering how much you need to save.  There are 0 down loan and sometimes we can get the seller to pay all your closing costs, but the question still looms- How much do I pay my Realtor?

The reason the answer to that questions is not easily found is because typically as a buyer you pay NOTHING to your Realtor.   That's right you pay 0 dollars.  It is not wrapped into your loan.  It is not some junk fee that you find at the end of the transaction.  It is not there at all.

Typically the seller pays the Realtor.  That's right the SELLER pays for YOUR Realtor as well as theirs.

So what are you waiting for, lets go buy your first home!
