Closed Sales were down -3.6% for March 2019 with 901 units closed compared to 935 in 2018.
Cash sales decreased -10.5% compared to March 2018.

New Pending Sales were up 10.7%.
New Listings were down -7.7%.
The Median Sales Price for Brevard Single Family homes was down -1.0% to $227,700 compared to a year ago, when it was $230,000.
Months’ Supply of Inventory was up 21.4% to 3.4 months, an increase from 2.8 months in March 2018.
Traditional Sales were down -3.8%, with a median sales price of $230,000.
Foreclosure/REO Sales were up 21.1% with 23 sales and a median sales price of $134,000.

Short Sale Closings were down -60%, with 2 sales and a median sales price of $171,600.
