Diana instead of reading your Market Trends Report I should be writing my own....on the serious note as I read your report it makes me laugh when people think being a Realtor is easy and fast money... clearly this report hows how challenging the Real Estate Profession is, Endre

Endre, I do the same...love reading your market reports as well as others here on ActiveRain. It's interesting to see the actual local market statistics vs. the national data which is what the most people see. I think part of the reason the public thinks real estate is fast and easy money is because they don't see all the background work that we do. That is another reason why posting the Market Trends Reports is important...it shows another dimension to what we do in our work. Diana

Wayne, You are right...real estate is not an easy career but it's a common misconception that it is so that is what the public believes. I think part of the problem is that we do our job so well that we make it look easy so people don't know all the behind the scenes work that we do to make it happen. Diana

Diana Zaccaro - WOW! With Cash buyers decreasing, I wonder if you're in for a shift? Your Marketing Reports paints a vivid picture of sales and what's going on in your area in Brevard's residential real estate market!

I wish you all the best and great sales too!

I think the cash buyer decrease is probably just a fluctuation so I'm not overly concerned. We are a popular second home market for snowbirds so it may be a seasonal change. All the best to you as well! Diana
