First impressions are everything. Curb appeal is all about the overall impression of the front of your home. Prospective buyers will formulate an opinion about your home in 15 seconds, therefore you must "wow" them immediately.
•□ Clean around eaves. Remove cobwebs and nests.
•□ Replace the mailbox or freshen with a coat of paint.
•□ Polish, repaint or replace house numbers.
•□ Revive the front door with a good cleaning and, if appropriate, a fresh coat of paint.
•□ Add new welcome mat.
•□ Fresh mulch can be added to beds for a well manicured look.
•□ Pick up garden equipment, kids toys, lawn ornaments and empty pots.
