I might be getting a little ahead of my self but I just found out that May 10th is National Shrimp Day – Those that really know me know that I never pass up an opportunity to eat. so when I saw this posted on my favorite web page I needed to ask the question. Kinda like you saw on the movie with Tom Hanks.

What’s the best way to eat shrimp? 🍤🍤🍤

I will probably share my favorite recipe but it is a little to early because I have not found out what I am having for dinner tonight. Shrimp are always in season here along the Gulf Coast, I have never seen one that I did not like. as long as they are fresh and cooked, that is.

So Plan ahead and celebrate that day,
