I will not lie, when I first got the call from Jenelle at IHouseWeb, I was like, great another website company, making promises. We had gone through 3 other websites over the previous year with numerous promises and none were kept. Our last one was going down 2 or 3 times a week and they were one of IHouseWeb's major competitors. WE HAD TO DO SOMETHING! I am happy to say in the the first 45 days, we have taken our bounce rate down to 2.8% and the average time on the site is over 14 minutes and we are getting 10-15 leads per day!
WE COULDN'T"T BE HAPPIER! They were everything Jenelle said they were and have even help me take some of my ideas and implement them in to our site for free. Every time I've run into a problem their tech support team has had it usually fixed within the hour and the longest I've had to wait for a more technical problem was 24 hours.
This company delivers on promises and I've been able to go back to marketing and lead generation and not putting out fires with our website company.
