~ Facebook Marketing Tips ~
Let's face facts...many real estate professionals do not understand how to generate new leads from Facebook. So many of us either do nothing or we use the follow the herd approach. Neither of those methods work. The key to driving FB consumers to make a specific call to action is to funnel them where you want them (to your website, a specific niche article, to call you, etc.). Here are a 5 key ways you can do that and begin to see results from your FB marketing efforts...
- Run targeted ad campaigns that funnel consumers to a sign-up page on your real estate blog.
- Provide varied real estate related information in several formats (video, text, photo, link to article, etc.). While "just listed or just sold" information can be effective, provide other content that is of value to consumers and your leads will improve.
- Be active. Daily or more if possible to reach a larger prospect base.
- Test and retest. If an ad does not get the desired results, does that mean ads do not work, or does it mean your approach needs to be tweaked? Hint...it is the latter.
- Get community focus by running, leading, and/or participating in local FB groups.

A few things to be on the lookout for in the next few months include the ability to clear your FB history (similar to what you can do with your browser) as well as an improved ad manager interface (have you seen it?) and a new business manager process. Facebook continues to tweak the platform so be on the lookout for these and other updates throughout the remainder of 2019.
