We are amazed at the length of time that the shortage of inventory continues to drop.  I would think there would be a lot of new builds happening in your neck of the woods...A

Ron and Alexandra Seigel hi Alexandra... we are into our fourth year (if not fifth) of tight inventory. We do have a lot of new construction and that inventory is in the numbers reported. Take out the new inventory and our numbers would plummet even more.
