If you're looking for a new home but don't want to get rid of your truck or motorcycle, here are some of our favorite places in Jupiter to buy or rent.
HOA's and Condo Associations in Jupiter can be quite restrictive when it comes to keeping the peace in the neighborhood. In doing so, many associations have restrictions that prevent entering communities with trucks, motorcycles and RV's. Don't even try to sneak into the neighborhood unless you want a harassing fine to accompany your efforts.
In no particular order... we love Jupiter Farms, Maplewood, Abacoa - Antigua, Town Center, Mallory Creek and Newhaven, Botanica, Jupiter Village, Riverwalk, The Hamptons, The Heights, Pennock Point and The Shores.

If you're looking for space, freedom and seclusion, Jupiter Farms is a mecca of paradise for the redneck at heart. Not only is your truck welcome, bring your RV's, boats, air boats, jon boats, motorcycles and 4-wheelers. While you're at it saddle up your horses, let the pigs and chickens run wild. This unincorporated section of Jupiter encompasses country living a few minutes west of I-95 and the Florida Turnpike. Home-sites are minimum acre and a quarter with plenty of distance between you and anyone you could possibly disturb with your dual open diesel exhaust.
Heading to central Jupiter, Maplewood offers large single family homes in a relaxed setting of larger homesites in a minimally invasive home owners association. Maplewood's neatly manicured yards and Mediterranean style homes are situated on quiet streets with welcoming sidewalks. Also motorcycle friendly, Maplewood is one of the few ungated, upscale neighborhoods on our list. Definitely a must see if you don't mind paying over $400,000 for a great CBS constructed home, or $2600 a month to rent.
Antigua, Town Center, Mallory Creek and Newhaven are truck friendly in most cases. No commercial lettering is permitted, and there is a 1/2 ton limit. Check your owners manual if you are unsure. Antigua does not allow trucks on the private streets, only in driveways. Mallory and Newhaven require the vehicles be kept in the garage. Town Center has reserved parking and the most tolerant of the Abacoa subdivisions on this list.
The newest community on our list is Botanica. 1/2 ton limit, and pet restrictions apply, but if you're driving one of the smaller pickups you're more than welcome to bring it on. Comprised of single family homes, townhomes and condos, Botanica winds through marshy preserves in a great location just south of Jupiter Medical Center, A+ rated public school district and minutes to beaches.
No restrictions. Bring on the big bad boy diesel, 350, 450, 3500, 1, 2, 3, 4 ton, everything is welcome in Jupiter Village. Centrally located, Jupiter Village is located near shopping, great schools, restaurants, gas stations and a quick commute south to West Palm Beach from I-95. The single family homes are compact 2 and 3 bedrooms with attached garages. Townhomes are 1 and 2 story wood frame construction, and the villas offer large private driveways for your ride.
One of my favorites, priced in the upper $100's to mid $200's, Riverwalk townhomes are situated on the bank the southern fork of the Loxahatchee River. 2 story townhomes are comfortable layouts with large rear patios, some are screened and others have small front porches as well. Truck and motorcycle friendly, Riverwalk also has kayak and boat storage on site. The private community boat ramp is adjacent to the day docks. Three community pools, tennis courts and play areas for the kids are included amenities in Riverwalk.
An upscale neighborhood in central Jupiter, The Hamptons allows trucks and motorcycles. Divosta built homes offer quality construction in a great location near Abacoa, restaurants, beaches, groceries and nightlife. There's public storage within a mile of the Hamptons to store your boat and RV. The Hamptons is an ungated community bordered to the north, by the infamous Loxahatchee Club with million dollar plus homes.
The Heights is located just west of Abacoa and east of I-95 in an unincorporated, NO HOA governed community. Large home-sites an no restrictions, other than city code make this the perfect place to park your "Bro-Dozer". Commercial vehicles with lettering are also permitted. A majority of the homes are single story with attached garages. A few larger homes dot the community, but for the most part homes are modest, rarely exceeding 2,000 square feet under air..
Here's an affordable alternative to high prices in Jupiter! Georgian Park offers 2 story townhomes in the central Jupiter just south of Jupiter High School in a convenient, close to the beach and all amenities location. This close knit community is situated around ponds and lakes and zoned for top rated Palm Beach County public schools.
