This is a 3 bed, 2 bath contemporary cape on a corner lot. 

 

 

It has a family room with beautiful red vermont casting wood stove.  It will be getting a new roof, windows, siding and yard make over.  Back decks have rotted so they will be removed!

 

 

Inside will have an open new kitchen and new flooring throughout.  Some bath upgrades will be happening as well!
