Corona del Mar Home Values 5/12/2019
This weeks report on home values for Corona del Mar and surrounding areas homes is prepared by a Corona del Mar Realtor Michael Van Ruth. The report shows the Orange County Median Prices for resale homes were up 0.6 percent, new homes are up 2.7 percent and resale condos are up 0.5 percent. The sales volume is down for resale homes 11.4 percent, down 14.4 percent on condos and down 34.9 percent for new homes.
Corona del Mar Zip Code 92625 sales prices are up 3.8 percent and the sales volume is down 22.7 percent.
Mission Viejo Zip Code 92691 sales prices are up 8.7 percent and the sales volume is down 25.4 percent.
Mission Viejo Zip Code 92692 sales prices are down 3.4 percent and the sales volume is down 35.2 percent.
Aliso Viejo Zip Code 92656 sales prices are up 6.3 and the sales volume is down 18.1 percent
Laguna Niguel Zip Code 92677 sales prices down 2.5 percent and the sales volume is up 4.0 percent.
Rancho Santa Margarita Zip Code 92688 sales prices are down 6.7 percent and the sales volume down 30.7 percent.
San Clemente Zip Code 92672 sales prices are down 8.3 percent and the sales volume is down 14.3 percent.
San Clemente Zip Code 92673 sales prices are down 13.8 percent and the sales volume is down 8.3 percent.
Except for the increase in sales volume in Laguna Niguel we are seeing a big double in the sales volume across all cities. If you look at the sales volume for the county we are seeing a big diget drop drop in the sales volume. People are begining to see that reflected in their home prices in their neighborhood's.
