Getting Out of the Weeds with Mel Robbins

If you are like most of us in this fast paced world where ever increasing demands fill our schedule each day you know what Mel is talking about when she refers to “Being In the Weeds”.

Hopefully these tips can help you deal with your 20 hour days, and with a little better planning and management perhaps condense these days a bit so more time is available for a bit of rest and relaxation.

  1. Run your life like a business

Weekly family meeting, plan your week.

  2. Do a brain dump; make a list.

  3. Exercise.

    Primes your brain!

If I didn't plan my week in advance, incorporating exercise and family time, I'd be in the weeds for sure. I like that expression, Bob.

Hello Bob, I hope all is well with you. I want to thank you for that video...I agree with Kat Palmiotti and everyone else about exercise...great advice! I also like the Brain Dump!  For what it's worth and anyone interested, the next video after Mel was a Charlie Musselwhite tune called Christo Redemptor...one of my alltime favorites...your readers might enjoy it.
