How are we doing this year? January we saw only 98 sales, so sales are getting stronger. Inventory was 198 on 2/11, and inventory on 4/15 is 293. We are below last year's sales of 191, so the market has slowed down a bit. This past winter sure seemed to last longer than past years, and February's sales were a bit slower.
