As a Real Estate Agent, I can't survive in business without my Cell Phone. My carrier is T-Mobile and the Flower Mound T-Mobile Store located at 2550 Cross Timbers Road open from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. during the week is always there to support me and my iPhone. The people in the photograph may look like T-Mobile Store Manager and Employee, but I call them my Super Man and Super Woman. Elizabeth usually always greets me first and knows me by name. Her boss is readily available whenever I need him too. All of the employees provide excellent customer service.
This is not just a store, they are my neighbors and I consider them friends who will never let me down or turn me away. They are like family to me! What I like about them is they are patient, never leaves me waiting long, always greets me with a smile, very knowledgable, excellent listeners, and terrific problem solvers. Unlike other local T-Mobile stores, I don't have to wait long, put my name in their registration book and wait for them to call me, or told it's going to be hours before they can see me. My Super Man and Super Woman at T-Mobile in Flower Mound recognize me immediately and will always see to it that I get my needs met without a stressful experience.
When I get my needs met in a timely manner, I can provide the same to my own clients and customers. The people at T-Mobile in Flower Mound know this intuitively and for them, I shall be eternally grateful.
