4. Secure the Lot
5. Introduce the Builders (your choice)
6. Introduce the Architect

So many more questions,,,Will I get a mature lot? Where to Build? Which Builder? Who can I trust? How much will it cost? and the list goes on and on. Don't worry, all will be worked out and all your questions will be answered

I work with both the Buyer and the Seller and I also can provide the Builder best suited to build your New Custom Built Home. Of course, you may already have a Builder in mind and I can work with your Builder.

Most important is finding the right Lot for the right price.
