In real estate, you need to work the PLAN.
P is for Prospect
L is for Lead Generate
A is for Administrate
N is for Negotiate
If you are doing anything outside of these 4 things, then you are not doing what you are supposed to be doing.
What are you working on now? Does it fit in the PLAN?
Stay out of "A" as much as you can. Focus on the P, the L and the A as much you can and you will be able to add the Y so you can PLAY
