Saddle Creek Subdivision Coming to Bosqueville Area.
Local developer is developing acreage along China Spring Highway in Waco, Texas. This development, called Saddle Creek will bring 90 homes to the bustling Bosqueville area. Homes will carry prices from $230,000 - $300,000. According to local real estate agents, this price range has become very scarce in the Greater Waco market.
Land has been cleared, roads are in and construction will begin this summer in Phase 1. The developer for the subdivision has chosen four local builders to participate. Those include Russ Davis Homes, Peavy Homes, Morton Construction and Michael Dutschmann Homes. With the variety of builders, location of community and price range for homes, the development should create a quality neighborhood.
The site is in Waco city limits and will fall in the Bosqueville Independent School District. Growth in the area has boosted Bosqueville to be considered one of Greater Waco's up and coming areas and districts. It is in high demand for parents seeking schools outside the Waco ISD, yet there are very few home available. Bosqueville ISD is popular among those who think other districts are getting too big.
The site is convenient to downtown, to Baylor University, to industries on the east side, as well as shopping and dining establishments.
