Us: What do you think your house is worth?
Them: Well, Zillow says.....
Part of our job is education. Sellers don't know why Zestimates are wrong, and we spend a lot of time disavowing potential clients of what they think they know. Armed with facts, we create what we sometimes call a "Zuhlstimate."
