I'm always amazed how much time/money agents spend on generating leads, and how little they spend on converting them. I'm a non-compete broker and 2 yrs ago I turned my lead distribution over to LeadRobin, a system that not only automates distribution, but guarantees that every lead is answered quickly.
It's a very simple system. I can create custom distribution using price ranges, zip codes, subdivisions, and more, and set the time frame that an agent has to accept the lead. If the lead goes to Agent X, and she doesn't accept it within 10 minutes, it automatically is then re-routed to Agent Y. If he doesn't accept it within 10 minutes, then it goes to Agent Z, and so on.
I also can look at the metrics to see which agents answer leads & which tend to decline or miss them. If an agent complains to me that he/she isn't getting leads, I can show them these charts. And personally, I use this data to help me decide which of my agents are the most responsive, and I can reward them by putting them in more distribution lists.
LeadRobin is a new product and I was fortunate to be able to demo it for the past couple years. They plan to start the product (for small firms/teams) at $50/mo, and IMO it's a no-brainer. If you close just one more deal per year, you've more than paid for this product. Not to mention the hours you're not spending distributing leads and making sure they're answered.
To my knowledge, there is no other product that does what LeadRobin does, in terms of guaranteeing leads are answered & routing the leads intelligently, according to my preferences. If you're looking for a tool that lets you close more business, give these guys a call!
