Anita Clark is on Holiday but will be back next week
Facebook Friday as promised I am going to discuss Facebook ads
You may go out and enjoy the Holiday Memorial Day Weekend and not worry too much if you have an Ad running on Facebook. Years ago I remember running Ads in local Newspapers and Real Estate Magazines. The cost of these Ads was much more expensive than a Facebook Ad is.
Your Ad may be doing the work for you as long as you are checking in periodically to see if there are any questions that need to be answered. I have been running my Local Markert Reports with pictures of the area. Facebook has a format for the pictures and you may choose which format you would like to use. I like to start out talking to my audience but you may do whatever you feel comfortable with. The Ad in my humble opinion is very reasonably priced. The Ad costs $20 for 14 days for a local area. You may want to run it for exposure. To keep your name in front of the public. You may not get an immediate response..Then again you may.
You may also choose to run a new listing or an Ad on a property you just sold. The choice, of course, is yours. It is Springtime more buyers and sellers are preparing to enter the Real Estate Market than any other time of the year. Why not be at the forefront of your local Facebook readers on your business page
Here is another idea and a video you may find interesting it is long but very useful
Facebook PIXEL why and how you should use it
